Background: In Tokyo, Japan, a 40-year-old woman who is an aunt named Suzuki didn't understand why her 19-year-old niece who is the first protagonist named Ritsuko was so resentful against the idea of having a little sister named Nanami who had been born, either splashing boiling hot water at Nanami to shut her up, or giving her uncooked animal organs to eat.
