Background: In the Meiji era, a neglectful mother named Ruriko wanted a son but instead she got a daughter named Hatsumi because she was so focused to notice that maybe she should even have a daughter so she asked her husband who wants a daughter to complete the family if Hatsumi is really her daughter or not because she has either her hair and eyes because she took after her father, Ruriko accidentally attacked her cheeks with a sickle from ear to ear as Hatsumi bandaged herself and Ruriko cried so often about it. For 2 months later, Ruriko was pregnant for the second time. 6 months later, the baby was born while Hatsumi was home, crying, it was a boy, but because of it, Hatsumi left her own teddy bear as the baby's tearful gift where she gave birth, choking back tears.
