He has Blue Hair, wavy blue hair that's combed to the right, and wears the United States Military uniform; a camouflage UCP shirt, (presumably) JMP tan army vest, and camouflage UCP pants. He has an angry/determined expression on his face in-game, and when at low health HPICON , he has a weary expression. He has facial hair on his chin.
