Background: In Tokyo, Japan, a 19-year-old young woman named Yuriko whose 6-year-old younger brother named Masashi was about to be executed by the policeman and judge whom he is called your Honor. The community of all ages love her and Masashi but the solemnly told her there was nothing they could do and her brother will die. Yuriko went to every Shinto shrine to pray for him, but none of it worked, Yuriko became super desperate and turned to Shinto god worshipping and Shinto rituals, she then made a deal with the sun goddess Amaterasu herself. But if Amaterasu spared her brother from execution, she wanted her to do one thing in return, she wanted her to create an anime character to trick policemen and judges into worshipping Amaterasu, and when the policemen and judges spared Masashi when they found out that she took matters in her own hands by turning to Shinto god worshipping and Shinto rituals and making the character she named Umi, the character Umi has no smile because her forlorn face represents Masashi's fear of death, the glowing light behind her represents Amaterasu's rays of the heavens, her name Umi means ocean in Japanese. So, after her brother was spared, she asked them, "Sirs, why do you hate my brother?" they guiltily told her that they don't know who to blame and they thought that Masashi was suitable as a scapegoat because they wouldn't blame the yakuza who caused the trouble and they thought he was the one who started it. What happens next?
