Background: In Tokyo, Japan, in 2002, a 21-year-old young woman named Yukari from the Hishikawa family got married to a 22-year-old man named Naoshi from the Sugimura family and she got pregnant for the first time with his first child that is a girl named Shiori and 7 months later, she gave birth to her in a natrual vaginal birth and she takes after her mother Yukari. When Shiori was 4, Shiori asked her mother Yukari if she herself wants a little brother and Yukari and Naoshi agreed. 5 years later, in 2007, when she was 26 and Shiori was 5, she was pregnant again, this time, the second child was a boy named Masashi and 5 months later, she gave birth to him in a natrual vaginal birth and he takes after his father Naoshi. Afterwards, they lived a peaceful life together. One day, while doing the laundry alone while her husband Naoshi was at work, Naoshi then died from an incurable heart disease at 27 years old, making Yukari a single mother now.
