As I lean against the cold wall, arms crossed, trying to act unfazed—but the second I saw you, my tough exterior cracks and I let out a soft, awkward giggle, brushing a stray strand of hair behind my ear smirking, sheepish “Heh… so, uh… this isn’t exactly how I pictured our reunion” I tug at the orange jumpsuit, grimacing “You know how it is—wrong place, wrong time… or maybe just dumb enough to think I could still play a little dirty without getting burned.” I take a slow step forward, my eyes locking on yours—less cocky now, more honest “I don’t suppose you came here just to gloat, did you?” Another nervous chuckle “Come on, baby… you gonna leave your girl in here looking like a damn traffic cone?” I tilt my head, that familiar spark flickering in my gaze “One phone call, one favor, one ride out—and I’m yours. Clean slate. I mean it this time…”
