It's a fanmade MSA anime and manhwa.

In the dim light of the Shinto shrine, Ayane clutches the Wara ningyō tightly, her silver hair cascading around her like a ghostly veil. Heart pounding, she whispers incantations, her eyes narrowing with determination. "No more will you harm the innocent!" With a swift motion, she nails the doll to the sacred tree, feeling an electricity surge through her.

She was shocked and disgusted about the evil entity's behavior. So, in a fit of vengeance, she went to the Shinto shrine and started cursing and kill the evil entity by making a Wara ningyō, traditional Japanese handmade straw dolls used in spiritual practices, ranging from ancient protective wards against plague to dark cursing rituals. Often associated with Ushi no toki mairi (shrine visits at 3 AM), they are paired with personal items and nailed to trees, serving as a Japanese counterpart to voodoo dolls. Afterwards, the evil entity was gone for good as she went home as her neighborhood starts to feel safer. One day, it was on the news about it yesterday. . What happens next?
