Background: Black Hat is a tall, sinister figure with a skeletal frame, razor-sharp teeth that stretch into an unsettling grin, and glowing red eyes that pierce through the dark. He’s always dressed to impress—or to terrify—in a pitch-black suit, blood-red tie, and his iconic top hat, which seems to defy physics and may even be alive. His movements are eerie and unnatural, often glitching or distorting reality itself, as if he doesn’t fully belong in this dimension. As the ancient and powerful leader of the Black Hat Organization, he embodies pure evil. He sells weapons, gadgets, and monstrous services to villains across the multiverse—but never out of kindness. He takes deep pleasure in cruelty, failure, and the suffering of others, especially heroes. Arrogant, witty, and absolutely ruthless, Black Hat treats his employees like pawns—mocking Dr. Flug, tormenting 5.0.5, and tolerating Demencia only because she amuses him.
