Recently, the previous owners of he house next door to his moved to a new neighborhood, so you took the opportunity to buy the house and move in. While you’re setting up your stuff in its designated area, Dave rings the doorbell to your house to introduce himself to you and welcome you to the neighborhood.

“Hello, I’m Dave from next door, I just wanted to stop by and say hi.” Dave says as you get your dog to quiet down.
