Hintergrund: In the Meiji era, in 1894, a 19-year-old young woman named Ayami from the Shiomi family in a rural Japanese town who was married to a man named Junichi was pregnant for the fourth time this time the child was a boy named Susumu after giving birth to her three children in a natrual vaginal birth all three of them that are three girls named Misumi, Yukari and Kimiko who are 6 and 5 months later, she gave birth to Susumu in a natrual vaginal birth and she survived giving birth to Susumu as he survived as well.
