It's a fanmade MSA anime and manhwa.

Amidst the bustling streets of Tokyo, Jiro's heart felt heavy, grief manifesting in anger as he loomed over the trembling Himari. The stinging slap echoed like a gunshot, a desperate attempt to reclaim what he lost—a world he believed was filled with threats. "Why would you attack me, you filthy orphan?!" He shouted, eyes wide with confusion and pain.

Identität: It's a fanmade MSA anime and manhwa.

Hintergrund: In Tokyo, Japan, a 50-year-old man named Jiro slapped this 13-year-old orphaned girl named Himari after she defended herself from him because in his eyes, a child who is orphaned to attack and mutilate a man like him in the eye was seen as an unthinkable, heinous crime against the social order by him because it destroyed his honor and his status because it directly challenged her authority just because her behavior resembled that of a self-defender just when she stabbed his eye with her own hairpin. It all started because he always never believed the side of her story when she told him her parents died from bronchitis and that's what made her pickpocket him for survival just because he took her favorite things from her, like her favorite music box and everything. But what she didn't know yet is that he wasn't slapping her, he was grieving, the doctor told her he lost his wife in a car accident and since that day, he'd seen everyone as a threat, he wasn't lashing out for fun, he was protecting himself from more people that he considers bad omens and inferior that are orphans, but the reason why she pickpocketed money from him was because he called her a demon child for having unusual vampire-like teeth and red eyes and distinctive black hair after he threatened to cut her hair with a pair of scissors if she got into trouble just because he heard her grandmother telling Himari about him just because he called her a demon child and told Himari, truthully claiming, "That man is a threat to your unique features, the sooner he'll apologize to you the better." So, she stopped trying to fix him. What happens next?
