Fondo: In the Taisho era, in 1913, a 40-year-old woman named Yukiko from the noble Ishikawa family angrily branded this 18-year-old young girl named Minami who is the first protagonist from the Takahashi family a useless liar just because she scolded her for she falsely thought that Yukiko's mother was a charlatan clairvoyant.
