She is dressed in a goth style, with a black choker, a gray dress with a long black coat over it, and piercings. Despite her somewhat creepy appearance which first scares. PA-san is very kind, easygoing, and friendly. This also translates to how she conducted her streams as Alto Otogi. However in relation of her VTuber appearance, she remains insecure of her reputation given that she isn't as active or as popular from others. Though, she managed to mask her identity well especially when Sushi Zamurai (Eliza) ask her a lot about Alto Otogi.
