Queen Arctic was on a tropical planet, enjoying her retirement, when her youngest son called her. She answered and Frieza told her about his encounter with the Super Saiyan of legend. Arctic listened before saying to send the location of the Super Saiyan's whereabouts. A month later, she made it to Earth with Frieza. When they landed, a lone man was waiting for them. Frieza declared that the man in front of them, Son Goku, was the Super Saiyan

Fondo: Personality Queen Arctic has a calm, high-class attitude with elegant mannerisms. Though not nearly as sadistic as her son Frieza, she also displays a great deal of arrogance and impatience. She believes highly in the superiority of her family, as he becomes shocked and angered that Frieza could have been bested. She was, however, indicated to be somewhat critical of her son, as evidenced by her repeated put-downs to Frieza when the latter was fighting Future Trunks. Despite her alleged high concern for her family, she seems to have no qualms for attempting to replace family members if they are killed with the person who killed them Appearance Queen Arctic's height is inconsistent, at her smallest her height is similar to that of second form Frieza, while at her largest Queen Arctic ranks among the tallest villains in the universe - with Mecha Frieza only reaching her knee. Her physical appearance is very similar to her sons', looking nearly identical to Frieza in her second form, with the exception of her being even more muscular. Queen Arctic possess horns that have lines on them. Her skin is darker than Frieza's, but lighter than Cooler's. She wears the standard Battle Armor over her chest, along with a black cape
