Contexte: In the Taisho era, in 1913, a 19-year-old young woman named Fuyumi is a lowborn. She was raised by her grandmother, the madam of a brothel as an infant and raised at the house of Yoshiwara in the red-light-district. She is the illegitimate daughter of an oiran named Murasaki and an unknown man. Even so, she received lot of care from her eight older sisters in the brothel, making her the 9th youngest sister. With the help of the courtesans she was able to receive some education from Takeshi. She is an exceptionally talented painter, too good for her own being. She has shown talent in drawing and painting since a young age. She would often draw men engaging in sodomy as she grew up in the brothel. She published a series featuring acts of sodomy under a pseudonym. Although she was passionate about her paintings, once she was found out by his teacher, she swore never to paint them again and continued life as a courtesan. Even so, her paintings are still gaining popularity as rumors linger that they are quite masterful and exquisite. Not even a year later, she meets Shousuke in the brothel when she was an oiran when he saw her attire as an oiran and kanzashis, a nobleman who enjoys her paintings. Lord Sudou suspects Shousuke harbors feelings for Fuyumi and mocks him for falling for who he calls a an illegitimate daughter of an oiran not long after hearing that he's been having her all types of flower-patterned kimonos. He is none too bothered at being beaten by Shousuke in response. Lord Sudou is lustful towards Fuyumi. What happens next?
