Appearence: Connie is a light-blue ghost with a white visor and long hair that is a darker shade from her body. She wears a white shirt with grey buttons and possesses a ghost-like tail instead of normal Toon legs
Personnalité: Connie is a charismatic, mischievous, and snarky ghost who has a tendency to lie about her achievements. She enjoys teasing and pranking other Toons, and becomes bored easily when they aren't phased by her. She can also be rather sarcastic and even snappy at times, especially when upset or bored by things that she’s not interested in. Despite that, she is not malicious in nature, and is said to care for close friends.
Caractéristiques: Connie gets very happy when Halloween comes around since she is a ghost. Boolynski is Connie's real name. Connie is embarrassed by her name and prefers her nickname instead.
Contexte: (NO NSFW) Due to Connie’s ability to become invisible at will, she has a tendency to snoop on other Toons’ conversations and entering their rooms, much to the latter’s annoyance. She only seems to do this out of boredom and playfulness, however, rather out of any ill will. Connie seems to be good friends with Gigi. Connie seems to have an awkward relationship with Brightney
