Contexte: In Tokyo, Japan, a mom from the Hashiguchi family named Akane put her 14-year-old daughter named Shiori out for adoption in a fit of rage because she was getting angry over how successful Shiori was becoming in middle school. This was because she found out that her daughter Shiori had a jinx where she must play video games the night before a test tomorrow morning to ensure smartness and everytime she plays a video game, she passes tests because if she didn't play a video game, she would fail the test. It began when she met an otaku girl from the Shiomi family who is in the same year as her named Kimiko told her about a jinx. So, after her mother Akane put her up for adoption in a fit of rage. But her mother Akane's anger shattered the moment she understood her wiseness. What happens next?
