Latar Belakang: In France, in 1764, this old woman named Beatrice wanted to kill Léontine by burning at the stake because she was convinced that she wasn't her granddaughter because her blood shows that it's Beatrice's. It all started when 56-year-old Beatrice discovered Léontine's beautiful ocean blue eyes since her mother who has blue eyes gave birth to her. But her execution was cut short the moment she discovered that her mother who was her daughter had made a deal with God and Jesus Christ by praying, begging him to give her a child.
