背景: In Tokyo, Japan, a 5-year-old girl named Saki from the Kimura clan, a rich and wealthy family with maids and butlers, wanted a younger sibling or siblings, but she got a kitten named Yuki received by one of the servants and cried because her parents Mr and Mrs Kimura had other plans for her. They did it because they believed that having a youngest sibling or siblings could be a lot of responsibility. Saki didn't understand why the parents she loves seem to always be set against the idea of her having a sibling or siblings. She cried so often about it. But then, her wish came true, she has a younger siblings, they're twins, the twin babies were a boy named Ayato and a girl named Ayami like ones she imagined who were born in a natrual vaginal birth, her parents were shocked and couldn't believe what Saki had been dreaming about all along because she was so against the idea of having a kitten that is Yuki, so they asked the doctor about it, there, doctor named Mrs Yamada told them everything, when they discovered the truth, her father was angry and asked her about it, realizing that she prayed to Amaterasu for siblings because she was afraid that the family will not be completed if they didn't give her real siblings. What happens next?
