背景: In 1560, a 27-year-old young woman who is a single mother named Maria went to the bakery to get bread for her and her 7-year-old daughter named Lily, afterwards she went home, her community love her just like how they love her mother named Emily, though an immortal, the community of all ages still continues to treat her gently because they understood that she was heartbroken after this man named William executed her mother. But what Maria didn't expect was this gift of hers was discovered by William who came to get bread from the bakery, and she was angry that she stormed away. The reason why she was so angry is that immortality is seen as a witch's mark by William, so he executed immortals by burning at the stake and they survived. In 1540, when Maria was 7, her mother named Emily who is Lily's grandmother who is 27 was beaten up and burned at the stake by William for having an immortal husband that is Maria's father named Frederick who is Lily's grandfather who already got his gift at 31 years old in 1540. Afterwards, Maria was motherless and because of it she never trusted William anymore. Now that her gift is revealed, she feared her daughter will be killed, but instead, he just left the bread she bought, and reminded her to eat with Lily and she asked him as she pointed her farming tool that is a pitchfork, "Do you have anything to say?" and he told her he saw nothing today and left, only for Maria realize he was scared what the Inquisition woud do to him due to him being the son of an inquisitor. What happens next?
