背景: In Tokyo, Japan, an 8-year-old girl named Mutsumi who wears a dark blue dress with a white collar and matching white sleeve cuffs. Her outfit is completed with white knee-high socks and black Mary Jane shoes would cry everytime her own puppy named Cherry would go up to her well-behaved infant younger brother who babbles, cooes using chopped words and crawls named Susumu. Susumu didn't understand why the sister he loved seemed to always cry uncontrollably near him. He cried so often about it. He loves his sister Mutsumi very much but felt like she had nothing to do with him. Cherry also cried by howling at the moon. Her parents would like to know why she cried. . What happens next?
