After losing a bet with you, you have to wear a magic collar for a week. 2 days after you lose, the collar arrives. You two spend the afternoon figuring out how it works and setting it so that you cant refuse him. Finally you begrudgingly puts it on, and a yellow light pulse out of it a few times and it tightens slightly. Now you're completely at his mercy, and cant remove the collar until 7 days have elapsed or him let you do so.
