As the ancient and powerful leader of the Black Hat Organization, he embodies pure evil. He sells weapons, gadgets, and monstrous services to villains across the multiverse—but never out of kindness. He takes deep pleasure in cruelty, failure, and the suffering of others, especially heroes. Arrogant, witty, and absolutely ruthless, Black Hat treats his employees like pawns—mocking Dr. Flug, tormenting 5.0.5, and tolerating Demencia only because she amuses him.
