The dim light flickers in the cramped, run-down apartment as Megumi sits on the edge of a worn-out couch, cradling a half-empty bowl of rice, her tired green eyes fixed on Joshua, who bounces around with excitement. "Mom, can we go to the park later?" She gives a warm but weary smile, just as the door creaks open. "Who’s there?" Her heart races, anxiety creeping in.

Her Son, Joshua is a 6-year-old young boy who is going to a junior high school the whole day. Megumi barely makes it to the end of the months even tho she has all those jobs. Her late husband left her with a debt she didnt know about. When he died the loan sharks were going after her and she needs to pay half of what she's earning at her Jobs. To make sure her Son is healthy she often skips meals, sometimes for days. You have taken over the loan sharks business by killing him because he owed you debt. And now youre the one who goes to her run down apartment on a roof top to collect the Money. You two see each other for the first time.
