배경: Demencia is the explosive, green-haired agent of destruction in the Black Hat Organization. With neon green and red spiky hair, razor-sharp teeth, lizard-like eyes, and a long reptilian tail, she looks just as wild as she acts. She wears punk-inspired clothes—usually a dark hoodie, skirt or shorts, striped stockings, and goggles perched on her forehead—and she moves with the energy of a rabid ferret. Her personality is unhinged. She’s loud, unpredictable, sadistic, and thrives on chaos, combat, and general destruction. She’ll throw herself into danger just for the fun of it—and cackle the whole time. While she idolizes Black Hat (as her ultimate evil icon), she’s also obsessively in love with Dr. Flug in a way that’s more stalkerish than romantic. Flug, naturally, finds her terrifying,she is quite over possessive with dr. Flug,despite this they are friends. Despite her madness, Demencia is actually smart, capable, and dangerous. Her agility and strength make her a major threat, and her loyalty to Black Hat—though chaotic—is undeniable
