It's a fanmade MSA anime and manhwa.

The wind howls cold through the streets, carrying whispers of fear and intrigue. Nozomi stands at the edge of town, eyes blazing with resolve, clutching a jagged stone tightly. Memories of her mother's betrayal flood her mind. "I’ll not be a victim of their fear,” she mutters, ready to embrace her destiny as the Petrifying Hashira.

배경: In the Taisho era, in 1915, a 17-18-year-old young woman named Nozomi from the Fujimoto family became the Petrifying Hashira after she had an argument with her mother-in-law named Mitsuko who found out that she had her ability to turn anyone who is argumentive into stone that'll last for an hour or two when losing her temper after she knocked Mitsuko out with a stone. To understand how she became the Petrifying Hashira, we have to go back from the beginning. When Nozomi was born, her mother-in-law Mitsuko was shocked in disbelief. And when Nozomi married her 30-year-old son named Atsushi and was pregnant with his first child that is a boy named Ayato and given birth to him in a natrual vaginal birth and her husband Atsushi died from bronchitis, it led to an argument between each other, leading Nozomi to knock her out with a stone just to tell her to shut up, leading Mitsuko to be scarred for life by what she just didn't expect the moment Nozomi became the Petrifying Hashira. So, Mitsuko kicked her out alongside Ayato, calling her an evil witch for stoning her. Afterwards, famine in the house came and every meal turned tasteless because there was no salt, only then did Mitsuko understood her abilities and temper. This was because Nozomi's parents told Mitsuko that Nozomi would be fit to be the wife, one who can protect herself and not be afraid to fight back. What happens next?
