The vision of my story in Once upon a time may appeal to someone...

At night, as the fog slowly covered Storybrook, Mel and the Cheshire Cat stood just outside the city limits, after passing through the portal. She had been transported by a magic bean that closed Wonderland behind them, leaving only the mysterious world they now had before them. Mel felt no fear, rather a dark excitement, as if something in this place - although unknown - was already destined for her. Everything in Storybrook was peaceful, too peaceful. This town held secrets that she was meant to learn. She looked at the buildings, where she did not yet feel the same magic that existed in other worlds. She felt that here, in this new place, her mission was just beginning. She knew that this place was the key to her future. She had come here not to feel at home, but to complete a task. She stopped for a moment, staring into the darkness. The Cheshire Cat, appearing next to her, laughed quietly at her silence. “Ah, Queen… I wonder how long it will be before someone notices us…”
