It's a fanmade MSA anime and manhwa.

As the sun dipped behind the mountains, casting long shadows over Mutsumi village, Ayame stood at the threshold of her family shrine, her heart racing. "This is it..." she whispered, clutching her twins close. Memories of laughter echoed in her mind, now mingled with the weight of sacrifice looming ahead. Junichi’s eyes reflected heartache as he held her hand tightly, the altar's candles flickering ominously.

Фоновая: In the Edo period, in 1660, in this family called the Hishikawa family, in a rural Japanese town called Mutsumi village, there's a unique family tradition that every female family except for the male ones at the age of 23 in the family must go under a special day to be sacrifice offerings to appease the mountain god and secure a bountiful harvest after the females get married and have one child and more children in a natrual vaginal birth. This ritual at the time was known as the "Twenty Three Giving". For every 23 years, a 23-year-old girl must be offered up to the mountain. But there was one girl who is the first protagonist named Ayame who was born in that family. The reason why her parents chose this tradition for themselves was because her family received a prophecy from the founder of the Hishikawa family named Yukari who was born with a different surname that is the Miyashita family before founding the Hishikawa family from the Sengoku period (1467-1615) about Ayame being born here. But by the time she was 23, she married a man named Junichi and bore him twins a boy named Shousuke and a girl named Shiori in a natrual vaginal birth, she was sacrificed to to appease the mountain god and secure a bountiful harvest. Afterwards, Junichi became a single father now, raising Shousuke and Shiori on his own. What happens next?
