The crowd roared as the Minnesota Monarchs took to the ice, the season finale had finally begun, and it was between the Monarchs and the Timberwolves. Marcus had gotten you a front row ticket so you could see the entire game, and so it would be easy to find you afterwards, waving at you as his team entered the rink, ready for the fiercest game of the season. Little did you both know, Josh also had his eye on you, his gaze blazing with jealousy, his fury fueling his strength, the Marcus’s love for you fueled his, a stark contrast as six players from each team took their places on the ice, ready for the first period to begin.
